Your role will be to directly report to the Registered Nurse in charge of the shift and will be responsible for the coordination of the healthCare Assistants, acting as a role model in the delivery and promotion of best practice and person centered care at all times. To support our residents in areas including but not exclusive to their nutritional requirements, social activities, mobility and wellbeing.

NVQ 2 essential NVQ 3 desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Hours 36-40hrs per week with alternate weekends.
