Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Senior Nurse (RGN) to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Devizes, Wiltshire

Package for the Senior Nurse (RGN) but not limited to:

• £23.18 per hour
• Full time hours
• Day duty
• This role a mix of supernumerary office hours, with on-call and shift cover required.

Senior Nurse (RGN) requirements:

• RGN qualification
• You will be a qualified Nurse with current NMC PIN, combined with a minimum of 2 years experience leading a team of care staff.
• You will be confident in working autonomously and to make critical decisions on clinical issues within a person-centred care model.
• The role holds responsibility for the quality of nursing assessments and care planning to ensure that our residents receive an excellent standard of care

You will need experience in:

• Catheterisation
• Syringe drivers
• PEG feeding
• Verification of death
• Venepuncture
• Blood monitoring
• Aseptic technique
• Epilepsy
• Sepsis
