Job Description: Senior Occupational Therapist

Location: Kildare and Laois

Type: Part Time Permanent

TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist on behalf of our client, a private sub-acute facility providing care and rehabilitation for patients transitioning from an acute hospital setting to the home. This is a part time post, 3 days per week across 3 sites.

Responsibilities:

- Assess and treat patients

- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' abilities to perform daily living activities

- Work with patients to improve their cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Provide guidance and supervision to junior Occupational Therapists

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

- CORU registration

- 3 years post graduate experience

- Experience in an acute setting or experience with adults in the community
