SalaryA unique opportunity has arisen to join a small team who are committed and passionate about improving the lives of children/young people with disabilities, complex health needs or chronic illness.
Working in the community you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children/young people and recommending appropriate interventions, including specialist equipment and major adaptations and demonstrating to families and carers alternative ways of carrying out daily living tasks, to promote and maintain children/young people’s independence.
This a full time position- 36 hours per week.
Rate : £30 ph
