The Therapy Services Department consists of Occupational Therapists, Specialist OT Assistant Practitioners, support staff, Education tutors, and Sports , Fitness and Well-being staff. We have recently employed a Peer Support Worker and have a part time Speech and Language Therapist. Arnold Lodge offers trauma informed care and utilises a range of approaches and interventions within its treatment programmes. You will receive a comprehensive induction training programme and support to develop within the role. Clinical and managerial supervision will be provided for the post holder from the Occupational Therapy Manager. You will be able to attend multi-disciplinary reflective practice. There are excellent opportunities for training and continuing professional development. Effectively manage a nominated caseload. Utilise a range of assessments, treatment approaches and evaluation based on best available evidence for the identified patient group. Be actively involved in the clinical risk assessment and development of risk management plans for patients and adhere to these. Ensure that quality governance documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Lead on specific developments and initiatives as required.
