What is the opportunity?
You will ensure that all Client and Product data is input correctly and controlled appropriately for purpose. You will assist with Data Remediation of the core systems and servicing of related Data Management tasks, within the established deadlines. The Data Management team supports data set-up and maintenance activities for all Wealth Management Europe (WME) businesses and product lines.
What will you do?
- Manage the integrity of data across multiple systems and ensure it is maintained.
- Prioritise the timely completion of data remediation and standardisation projects, including exceptions identified through the Data Quality Dashboards.
- Assist with the delivery and completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV) testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all issues, queries and obstacles are satisfactorily resolved to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Drive the development and maintenance of an appropriate control environment in line with applicable data standards, regulatory requirements and business unit procedures.
- Assist with Optimisation activities including the development of Service Requests and core application development.
- Participate in the rotation and remediation of daily control reports and collation for Management Information reports.

Must-Have
- Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Track record in excellent service delivery
- Ability to make fast decisions, and be willing to escalate issues
- Experience of client data maintenance
Nice to have
- Wealth Management industry experience
- Ability to articulate Data Management requirements to other stakeholder groups and functions, e.g. Sales & Relationship Management
- Good understanding of the regulatory environment within which WMI operates
