SalaryMarlin Selection are currently working with a global energy trading and supply company that are presently looking for an experienced Senior Oil Originator to join their team in London.
Your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
- Originating Oil Deals
- Negotiating contracts
- Strategic relationship building – proactively develop and nurture relationships with new suppliers
- Developing a strong network
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes
You will need to have the following experience:
- Several years of previous experience with oil origination in a trading environment
- Experience of Fuel Oil, Naphtha and/or Condensate products
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset
- Driven individual with a strong commercial outlook
- Having an already pre-existing network is highly advantageous
- Keen interest and passion in the energy markets
