A specialist organisation that supplies security systems i.e. vehicle CCTV cameras and fleet safety has an excellent opportunity for a 'Senior Operations Administrator' to join their current team in their London office.
This is a diverse role, where you will be the lynchpin of the organisation. Handling changing priorities and managing conflicting workload deadlines through excellent organisation, prioritisation and sound decision making. This opportunity encompasses both financial management and day-to-day office operations. They are working hard to push the boundaries of vehicle camera technology. Currently their R&D team is involved with ADAS, Self-Driving Vehicles, IoT and connected transportation. Their mission is to bridge the in-vehicle safety technology gap between domestic and commercial vehicles, bringing advanced safety and security technology to commercial vehicles and their drivers.
The company is an exciting and pioneering business; they were the first company to be approved by TFL to fit CCTV systems in London’s taxis and are now the preferred technology partner for many national and international commercial fleets including the RAC and National Highways and the AA.

General Office Responsibilities
Ensuring best practice in line with ISO 9001
Organisation of meetings including documentation preparation and invitations
Attending weekly management meetings, typing up the minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Provide general administrative support to Directors and the team
Prepping documents for new starter onboarding
Management of the Kanban task planning system/EOS
Coordinate travel arrangements and process associated travel expenses
Inputting customer data into various platforms
Welcoming guests to the office
Assist in organising team events and socials

Requirements
Ideally educated to degree level, preferably a degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration
Experience of improving and devising new administrative processes
Knowledge of general bookkeeping / data input
Advanced technology proficiency
Xero experience is preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Competent in online collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams/Zoom)
