Purpose
The Senior Operations Manager will secure budget and contribution by ensuring all performance targets are met, by supporting and leading the Apprenticeship Delivery Managers and their team of teaching assessors in the provision of services to ensure effective deployment of resources and achievement of agreed financial, performance and qualitative KPIs.
Essential:
You will have:
- L2 upwards, or equivalent qualifications, in Maths, English &
- Significant experience and knowledge of employer focussed contract performance and compliance and/or project management of publicly funded contracts
- Experience of achieving, and exceeding, targets, contract outcomes and financial performance
- Ability to work under pressure, achieve, and exceed, targets and present solutions
Location:
Homebased
This role will include some national travel across England to attend meetings, events, conferences, etc.
