Role:
- Reporting to and working closely with the Regional Director you will be responsible for creating a world class operation.
- Customer focussed role with key resposibility for customer retention and sales growth through the commercial team.
- You will also lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement utilising lean / modern improvement initiatives.
- You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.
- This is a leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching to bring everyone together to achieve the vision.
Skills / experience required:
- You will have a track record of achievement and the motivation and ambition to continue to achieve and progress.
- You will be a leader who inspires those around you and encourages excellence.
- Modern manufacturing / lean experience is preferable.
Remuneration:
60,000 - 80,000 + Bonus + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health
