About the Role
As a Spirit Supply Operator in our dedicated team at Leven Spirit Supply, you’ll play a pivotal role in the processing and quality checking of Whisky for Bottling Hall 3. You’ll collaborate closely with all departments within the function to ensure this is done optimally.
You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance for spirits, health and safety and will be a key part of how this is supervised and improved! You’ll plan and process spirit to meet the demands of both the business and our customers! You’ll proactively lead on performance analysis that drives improvement actions and address adverse performance trends. Health and safety compliance is key and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is supervised alongside other Key Performance Indicators and targets such as quality.
The role will cover a fixed dayshift: 08:00 – 16:45 Mon – Thu and 08:00 – 13:00 Fri About You We’re looking for someone who can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems.
- You’ll be able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities.
- You’ll have the drive to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills.
- You’ll have demonstrable knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles.
