We're seeking an expert in Paid Social to join our Performance Marketing team. You will report directly to the Senior Paid Social Manager and will help to shape the channel's strategy for success. You will be part of a team that leads with innovation to deliver the highest quality Paid Social campaigns.
About the role
You will develop and execute full-funnel campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Your focus is to improve customer acquisition, reactivation and retention while enhancing brand favorability. We are looking for someone comfortable using data to build recommendations, can report on performance versus targets and has a creative flair to ensure the best creatives.
You will work under a hybrid working model - requiring 3 days a week from our London HQ.
What you'll do:
- Launch full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Consult the Planning team, defining campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies.
- A/B test creative and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance
- Monitor performance against targets, analyse data, and deliver weekly updates
- Suggest process improvements, including automation and scaling practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and industry best practices
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage additional expertise for campaign execution
- Educate central and local teams on channel opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience with Meta ads and proficient in TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat
- Hands-on experience executing brand and conversion campaigns on social
- Understanding of how marketing strategies should differ throughout the customer journey
- Experience running brand or conversion lift studies to evaluate true effectiveness
- Comfortable using data to make strategic recommendations
- Can pivot to different KPIs, depending on the company's steer
- Ability to interpret complex data sets
- Creative mindset with a wealth of ideas for optimising the creative strategy
- Experience delivering engaging ad creatives and copy-writing
- Project management skills

- Experience with Smartly.io
- Experience with agency management
