Your new role
The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of client affairs, and mainly be the first point of contact.
Drafting routine and non-routine applications to the Court of Protection with accompanying documentation including Witness Statements;
Mentoring and training Junior Paralegals and Paralegals and delegating tasks as appropriate;
Mentoring and training Junior Paralegals and Paralegals and delegating tasks as appropriate;
What you'll need to succeed
2 years Paralegal experience - ideally in Court of Protection
