An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to work closely with Partners and Fee Earners.
About the Role
The role will entail:
- Accurate management of in-house processes (UK)
- Supporting with international outsourced payroll
- Manage benefits system and administration
- Administer monthly pension auto enrolment
- Maintaining relationships with third party vendors and ensuring they meet SLA’s
- Acting as first point of contact for payroll queries
- Ensure policies and procedures followed
- Manage payroll issues and audits
- Manage systems and run reports
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of working with in-house end to end payroll and strong attention to detail. Experience of SAP and Success Factors is preferred. Strong attention to detail and Excel skills are a must.
