Senior Payroll Manager
Our exciting client within the fashion industry based in Hardwicke, Gloucester are recruiting for a permanent Payroll Manager to join the team. This low-turnover company is growing rapidly and can offer excellent career progression opportunities.
Whilst this is listed as a Senior role, the company are open to training up a Junior on elements of the role they are not already familiar with. This role is predominantly office based, but there can be some flexibility for ad-hoc working from home days once settled into the role.
Responsibilities
-Payroll related administration including onboarding and leaver paperwork
-Running monthly payroll on Sage
-Ensure use of correct pay rates, ensuring regulatory compliance
-Process new hires and leavers, amend tax codes, student loans, pension contributions, statutory payments, vouchers etc
-Act as a point of contact for payroll related queries, resolving where necessary
-Generate internal reports, P32s, P45s, and reconcile Real Time Information (RTI) submissions.
-Manage payroll year-end reconciliation, along with P60 distribution
-Create/calculate P11Ds each year.
-Calculating zero-hour employees’ holiday allowance and pay.
-Update Sage Payroll system with data supplied by department managers, HR,
-Generate relevant payroll reports as required
-Managing Salary Sacrifice pension plans.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
