Senior Penetration Tester / Red Team Member

I am hiring for a company operating discreetly in the cybersecurity sector, excelling in uncovering vulnerabilities, conducting penetration tests, and delivering confidential security consultations.
The company, with its team of elite ethical hackers and experts, specialises in fortifying organisations against cyber threats. Employing a covert approach, they prioritise client confidentiality, ensuring resilient digital defences and protection of sensitive data in an era marked by intricate and interconnected cyber challenges.
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Conducting penetration tests
• Conducting security assessments
• Development of bespoke tools
• Participating in Red Teaming activities
• Mentoring of more junior colleagues

This role is remote from anywhere in Germany, but requires around max 30% travel to customer site
Essential:

• 5+ years in offensive security across several domains e.g. web application, infrastructure, IoT, mobile application...
• Red Teaming Experience
• Experience with ransomware simulation
• C1 level German or above with a good knowledge of English

Desirable:

• Experience in hybrid cloud environments
• Knowledge of Nessus and Cobalt Strike
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSWP
