Your new role
The organisation are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. Pay for the role is £14.84 per hour + holiday. Their office is based in Central Bristol, offering hybrid working, two days a week. Main duties of the role include:
- Processing of client instructions
- Logging any task activity accurately to service standards
- Building strong relationships with clients and business introducers
- Informing managers and clients of specific matters affecting their schemes
- Ensuring that client deadlines and requirements are met
- Fulfil adhoc administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
- At least one year experience as a Pensions Administrator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to network and establish key relationships
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Customer service skills
- A flexible approach to work
