Senior Pensions Administrator

You will be joining a fantastic company based in the centre of Bristol, as a Senior Pensions Administrator on a Temporary basis
Your new role

• To support the team leads on various books of business
• Processing of client instructions to service standards set by the company at all times, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion
• Calculating BCE (capped & flexi), Age 75 test, death benefits along with benefit/GAD reviews
• Building effective relationships with clients and business introducers
• Informing managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes and benefits, both actual or potential issues
• Ensuring that internally agreed KPI client deadlines, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met
• Proactively identify risk within the department and escalate concerns to Team Leader

What you\'ll need to succeed

• At least 6 months SIPP or SSAS experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to take responsibility for own administration, including paperwork and filing
• Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly
• Experience of networking and establishing relationships with clients
• Strong teamworking capabilities
• Excellent time management skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Must be highly organised and self-motivated
• High level of numeracy and IT skills
• Discretion and an understanding of the need to maintain client confidentiality
• An ethical, professional and flexible approach to work
