Salary Job Title: Legionella / Water Hygiene Account Manager.
Location: Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.
Salary / Benefits £35k - £55k + Benefits
We are recruiting in the North East for a renowned Legionella / Water Hygiene company, they are now seeking to take on a Legionella / Water Hygiene Account Manager. You will be overseeing and providing support to L8 compliance accounts on Commercial and Industrial sites ensuring that targets, KPIs and budgets are being met and worked to. You will also be responsible for sourcing new business and continuously upselling and promoting company services. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working in a sales / account management role within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry.
" Experience working hands-on as an engineer for a Legionella / Water Hygiene company would be beneficial to the role.
" Extensive knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Able to work well in a busy and fast paced environment.
" Able to communicate well with client's and colleagues of all levels.
" Excellent communication skills.
" IT skills.
The Role:
" Managing existing L8 compliance accounts for Commercial and Industrial clients alongside sourcing new business.
" Conducting routine reviews with clients, providing excellent support and technical advice.
" Consulting with the internal sales department, ensuring that targets, KPIs and budgets are being met.
" Continuously upselling company services to new and existing clients.
" Producing routine financial reports.
" Visiting site, ensuring that work is being conducted in line with agreed time frames and HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Ensuring to maintain and continue to build professional relationships with clients.
