Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will act as first point of contact for their valued accounts; providing excellent product knowledge, building rapport and ultimately driving sales to the platform. Responsibilities

• Manage clients accounts across diverse technology
• Demonstrate deep understanding of features and benefits of company products and services
• Maintain regular contact with accounts, understand their business needs and recommend features to drive sales
• Contribute to individual, team and organisation sales targets
• Accurately record all progress and follow up in timely manner
• Build long lasting relationships with clients
• Work collaboratively with wider organisation to resolve any queries
