Key duties and responsibilities...
· Driving orders and sales growth from our current customer base
· Maximising revenue from the current clients
· Acting as an extension of the customer’s brands, understanding their unique needs
· Guiding customers on their panel requirements
· Working closely with the sales team and wider departments to deliver exceptional customer service
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications...
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms
· Excellent organisation and planning skills
· Ability to manage and prioritise a busy work load
· Ability to lead generate through the use of platforms and make pro-active phone calls to new customers
· Proficient numerical skills and ability to demonstrate job costing and pricing
· Excellent attention to detail
· Proficient in using CRM
Hours: Mon-Thur 8.00am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.00am to 13.30
