We’re now looking for a Senior People Manager to join our People Team. The Senior People Manager will deliver a consistent, reliable and customer focused service to our employees whilst acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across a number of departments.
About the Role:
- Supporting and coaching key stakeholders on all people management issues within assigned business areas
- Providing advice to managers on a range of areas including: Employee Relations, Reward, People Development, Contractual issues, Organisation change
- Advising on all aspects of employee relations, policy, process and employment law.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external managers and contacts
About You:
- Previous experience of working at a senior level in a fast pace environment within a HR partnering role
- Experience of working at a senior advisory level gained in a high volume, transactional environment with disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and capability investigation/cases
- Experience of working in a media and digital first environment
- Experience working with stakeholders at a fast pace whilst also providing detailed consultation and guidance in line with HR policies
- Ability to work with ambiguity, with good level of personal judgement to reach resolutions.
