Description
- Oversee and manage a range of HR operational processes.
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
- Develop HR planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.
- Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes HR services, employee recognition, company philanthropic giving, and benefits administration.
- Partner with the company's management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and laws.
- Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Profile
A successful Senior People Partner should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Exemplary communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience partnering Senior Commercial/Sales individuals.
- Experience in managing a range of HR operational processes.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
