VANRATH are partnering with one of Ireland's fastest growing employers, as they seek to appoint a Senior People Specialist to head up their HR function.
You will be a Senior HR Professional who can join the team to support business leaders and shape an environment where people can thrive and grow their career.
While you will have great support from their Leadership team and Board, you will initially be the only HR professional in the business, so you will need a solid knowledge of tactical people management issues and employment legislation.
You’ll also have gained experience in organisational design initiatives and talent management programmes.

About you
- CIPD qualification, or have equivalent knowledge gained through previous roles.
- 5 years’ experience in a People Management position or be able to convey that you’re ready for this growth opportunity!
- Lots of experience researching best practice, and confident in persuading decision makers to introduce improvements to the company Employee Value Proposition
What you’ll do
You will be a champion for employee engagement, coupled with a real interest in leading and driving company culture through competencies and behaviours that are based on company values.
