Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

As the Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll fully own the PPC channel and collaborate with the wider performance team, gaining exposure to Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic Advertising.

The Role:

• Responsible for setting the strategic Paid Search direction
• Responsible for driving measurable growth and performance against key Performance Marketing metrics.
• Responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic roadmaps and testing initiatives.
• Responsible for managing the company's media agency partner.
• Responsible for working with the wider marketing team, driving best practices and knowledge sharing.

The Candidate:

• 7 years plus experience in Performance Marketing, ideally from a Paid Search background.
• Experienced in growing paid media accounts and business revenue.
• Experienced in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
