As a Senior Brand Manager, you are at the forefront of transforming patient care through strategic marketing initiatives. Tasked with planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies for a designated disease area, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the reach and impact of their pharmaceutical innovations. Your mission is to ensure their groundbreaking medicines are delivered to those who need them swiftly, leveraging a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to achieve this goal.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Marketing: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to maximize the business potential within your therapy area
- Customer Engagement: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges to generate insights and co-create solutions
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Bring a spirit of innovation to address customer challenges, driving for better patient outcomes through creative marketing solutions
- Collaborative Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the Marketing team's collective learning and development, sharing your expertise and insights
Skills and Experience required:
- Strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, with a proven track record of strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage stakeholders
- Proficiency in analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, alongside expertise in content creation, management, and omnichannel campaign execution
- A solid understanding of the ABPI code, ensuring all marketing activities meet the highest ethical standards
- Technical proficiency in key systems, including Veeva Promomats, CRM/Salesforce, and Tableau
