Job Title: Brand Manager
Hybrid: 3 Days in the head office

I am working with a disruptor brand that has significant blue-chip backing, slowly becoming the UK's favourite household brand. Known for innovation, quality, and consumer satisfaction, the company is rapidly growing.
I am looking to recruit a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is crucial for executing brand strategies to enhance household penetration and establish the brand as a favourite among families and little ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute top-notch consumer activation plans.
- Ensure all activities align with brand strategies and contribute to the overall plan's success.
- Evaluate implemented strategies for effectiveness and adjust as needed.
- Own content development and community management, serving as the face of the brand.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand partners to expand the brand's reach.
- Implement engaging online community activities to connect with the target audience.
- Continuously analyse portfolio performance to stay ahead of the competition.
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement within the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Drive annual new product launches from concept to evaluation.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, including sell-ins, packaging design, and communication launch plans.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and category teams for seamless execution and market success.
- Stay abreast of relevant innovation and consumer insights.
- Regularly review portfolio performance and make strategic adjustments to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
- Proactively seek growth and improvement opportunities based on market trends and consumer behaviour.
About You:
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in a consumer goods or FMCG setting.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and building strong brand connections.
