My client is looking for a Senior Personal injury claims handler to work on their motor claims department.

They are an easy going bunch so no shirts and ties or corporate confinement.. and although you will potentially be based in the call centre, it's definitely does not have a call centre feel.

For this role you will need experience, as well as a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities

Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers Manage a varied caseload of domestic claims through to final settlement.

Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting.

Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved.

 Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all times.

- Applicants must have a minimum 4 years' motor claims experience

- CII Certificate or willing to work towards this (supported by company)

- Strong customer service and computer skills

- Minimum 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above including English and Math
