Our client works throughout the UK with a wide and varied client base with diverse land and property interests. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experienced property professionals, business consultants, planners, project managers, architects, and landscape architects - all of whom specialise in rural development.
We are delighted to be working with a multi-disciplinary business focused on rural development and diversification, on the hire of a Senior Planner. This is a permanent position with hybrid working options.
My client is looking for a Senior Planner who is commercially aware with a proven track record in business development and strong post-qualification experience working as a Planner.
The successful candidate will be resourceful, flexible, and ambitious. You should have an excellent understanding of client relationship management, excellent presentation skills, a proven ability to manage workload, budgets and project coordination. The successful Senior Planner will also have a proven track record in business development and project delivery, along with competence and confidence to deal with a range of planning disciplines.
Experience working in a rural planning practice is not essential, but a demonstration of an understanding of rural planning issues is beneficial.
The company will provide an excellent working environment, ongoing CPD along with a competitive starting salary. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a discretional bonus scheme, private medical insurance (dental and optical), a wellness allowance, your birthday off, christmas holiday allowance and cycle to work scheme.
