- Our client is looking for a Senior Enforcement Officer to join a busy team on a contract basis starting soon.

Job Description
- Managing a caseload of a wide range of breaches of planning control and progression to resolution.
- Conducting site inspections. Including monitoring visits for compliance with formal notices.
- Drafting of Notices (Enforcement Notices, Breach of Condition, s.215, Advert removals, PCNs etc.).
- Leading on Enforcement appeals, attending Hearings and Public Inquiries.
- Assisting and liaising with Elected Members, the public and other interested groups and Parish Councils in the interpretation of Planning Enforcement matters.
Working conditions / environment:
- Hybrid/flexible working
- Site visits if and when required
- Communicating feedback to the general public.
- Ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the role.
- Laptop will be provided.
Pay rates:
- The rate is dependent on candidate experience
- Weekly pay
