Form of workAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Planning Manager to join a leading main contracting business to spearhead the planning function on a recently won complex science facility new build project valued circa £300m and future projects for a key client in Berkshire.
The Senior Planning Manager will play a key role in ensuring the project is successfully delivered on time and within budget. Working closely with the Project Director they will be responsible for overseeing the construction programme and ensuring it is communicated effectively to the site team.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and a track record in successfully delivering complex projects within the UK construction industry.

CANDIDATE
- Hold a construction related qualification - HNC/HND/Degree
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 / Asta Powerproject
- Good understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contract
