We are seeking a customer focused and commercially minded person to join this team in the role of Relationship Manager.
The Relationship Manager will provide dedicated customer service to a portfolio of clients with accountability for sales, service, risk, and operational delivery. This role will have both external and internal stakeholders, Internal stakeholders may include Sales, Product Development, Risk & Compliance teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Face to face meetings with SME clients, with an average of 65 clients in portfolio
• Managing portfolio incomes of over £2m and SME clients with a £5-15m turnover
• Driving revenue growth through understanding customer needs and by adopting a needs-based approach which engages clients and increases new business.
• Growing the business sustainably, by identifying opportunities to expand a portfolio and broadening client relationships by leveraging HSBC's extensive network.
• Building a strong understanding of the client's business and industry to promote insights, enrich client conversations and deliver fair outcomes.
• Comprehensive understanding of the client through pro-active credit risk assessments and customer due diligence reviews.
