IT Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you can affectively review the business requirements, analyse, and create process to drive the business area forward. You will have proven experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate effective communication skills to build positive working relationships with different stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to Build Strong Working Relationships - Build strong productive customer focused relationships with the Business, IT teams and third parties.
- Proactive - Needs to be an independent thinker and a key contributor in supporting the project manager towards the successful delivery of projects.
- High Attention to Detail - Produce high-quality business requirements documentation.
- Collaborative Working Approach - Work with the business to understand and analyse requirements whilst working closely with the Development and Testing teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that the requirements are understood, and development is aligned.
- Excellent Communication Skills - Communicating regularly with the project team members, the IT leadership, Business stakeholders, and Project Sponsors to provide appropriate requirements related to status updates.
