AddressThis is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Professional Practitioner to join the Information & Systems Team, based within Children and Families Department. You will have responsibility for designing and delivering the Data and Information Management strategy for the department, ensuring compliance with the policies, procedures and accountability arrangements pertaining to Data and Information exchange. In addition, you will provide effective supervision of staff, including direct line management of the Data and Information Management strand of the team who are responsible for maintaining a high standard of data quality and support across information systems, as well as, deputising for the service manager when required.
You will have a high level of personal drive, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across a range of stakeholders. Experience of project management and coordinating Data and Information Management activities at a senior level is essential to the role, along with knowledge and understanding of the principles relating to customer care and budget management. You will be responsible for providing specialist advice and support across the department in relation to Data and Information Management, data security and data collections, with a proven record of managing and implementing data quality processes and improving efficiencies.
