This is an exciting time to join our West Sussex Community Adult services. We have secured additional funding to develop our Enhanced Community Rehabilitation Services for people experiencing complex psychosis as part of community transformation. You will be joining a small team of psychologists and psychological practitioners in ECRS teams in West Sussex and provide clinical input at our Bognor team. We are a friendly and committed group who are passionate about working with people experiencing psychosis. We are looking for someone who is motivated to ensure our service users have access to gold-standard services and interventions. You will also enjoy working alongside colleagues to support the psychological culture in the service and help others to deliver psychologically informed interventions.
Main duties of the job
You will provide specialist evidence-based psychological interventions for service-users, their families or carers and consultation and supervision to other professionals and psychological practitioners in the service. You will work closely with colleagues from SPFT's Research and Development department to bring new models and approaches to the service . You will have access to supervision and support from a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with expertise in this area. We will support you to access CPD such as further training in CBT for psychosis, Family Interventions and a bespoke leadership programme.

In order to be a successfulSenior Practitioner Psychologist in our team you will:
- Be an experienced Practitioner Psychologist, registered with the HCPC
- Have experience of evidence-based assessments and interventions for people experiencing psychosis.
- Be comfortable working in a varied role, where you will support us in the development of our services.
