About the role
As a Senior Pricing Analyst in AXA Global Healthcare's Commercial Team, you'll be involved in pricing and strategic analysis and working on high level technical analysis of our Individual and SME portfolios. You'll work part of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells office.
What you'll be doing:
Work on high level technical analysis of our Individual and SME portfolios
Developing current and future product and pricing strategy
Motivating and developing team members
Work with large amounts of data, investigating emerging trends, risks, or opportunities
Deliver high quality reports and analysis to help drive business decisions, support the development and maintenance of BAU analysis & reporting and build and maintain strong relationships within the company
Evaluating the population and financial impact of strategic and tactical campaigns
Interpreting and presenting analyses, ensuring your customers understanding

About you

What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who is highly numerical, with an inquisitive mindset and ideally has excellent MS Excel (with VBA) skills. Ideally you would have a few years experience in a Pricing related role. You'll have brilliant communication skills and enjoy building effective work relationships.
Additionally, we're looking for:
Ability to capture business requirements and provide high quality reports, with recommendations to help drive decisions
Commercial awareness and knowledge of the PMI marketplace would be beneficial
Experience of SAS, Tableau, Akur8, Emblem, or other statistical programming languages would be an advantage
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines whilst ensuring attention to detail
Ability to manage your own workload
CII Qualification (or progress towards) would be beneficial
