Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 p/a + Bonus + Benefits | Location: Hampshire (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to lead the household pricing team and drive strategic pricing projects. You’ll analyse data, develop models, and implement strategies to boost profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Pricing Strategy: Direct and enhance the pricing approach.

Team Management: Coach and develop a skilled team of pricing analysts.

Model Approval: Oversee predictive and machine learning models.

Data Governance: Ensure accurate data for pricing decisions.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and optimise product performance.

Stakeholder Influence: Present findings and influence senior management.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to data protection regulations.
Skills & Experience:

• Circa 10+ Years in General Insurance Pricing with significant experience in Household insurance pricing.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in SAS, SQL, R, Python.
• Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills.
• Analytical Mindset: Expertise in advanced statistical modelling and problem-solving.
