Our client, a premier global media and entertainment company, is seeking a Senior Privacy Analyst to join their Global Privacy Operations team. What you'll do:
As a Senior Privacy Analyst, you will play an integral role in managing privacy operations within our client's organisation. You will be responsible for assisting with the planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring of privacy-related projects. Your role will involve preparing comprehensive project documentation, providing training to stakeholders, facilitating communication for projects, conducting business analysis and integrating privacy considerations into business processes. You will also carry out privacy compliance audits and develop insightful reports on project statuses. Your commitment to continuous improvement will drive enhancements to the Privacy Programme.
Assist with planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring for privacy-related projects
Prepare project documentation, test cases, training materials, reports and updates ensuring accuracy and completeness
Provide training and guidance to stakeholders
Facilitate communication and act as a liaison for projects
Conduct business and process analysis
Work closely with Legal, Technology and Brands to integrate privacy considerations into business processes and systems
Carry out privacy compliance audits
Develop and maintain privacy metrics, reports and smartsheets to provide insights on the status of projects
Propose and implement continuous improvements to the Privacy Programme
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Privacy Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in privacy/data protection-related fields. You possess a strong understanding of global privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA. Your experience in supporting projects from planning through execution sets you apart. You have demonstrated ability to identify and assess privacy risks in handling personal information and propose mitigating actions. Your strong problem-solving skills, coupled with an analytical mindset, enable you to tackle complex challenges. You have experience in documenting procedures, controls, guidelines and are proficient in MS Office and OneTrust.
Strong understanding of global privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA
Experience in supporting projects including planning and execution
Ability to identify and assess privacy risks in handling personal information
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
Experience in documenting procedures, controls, guidelines
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Experience with OneTrust use and configuration
High attention to detail
