Title:Senior Private Client Solicitor
Salary: £48,000 - £60,000
Contract: Full time permanent
Location: Hertfordshire

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Private Client Solicitor:

• Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, tax and estate planning
• Create relevant documentation to meet the client needs, such as wills, probate applications, LPAs, trusts, court of protection work and estate administration
• Manage client expectations and provide excellent client care
• Develop proposals to maximise entitlements under HMRC inheritance rules
• Support the development of other team members
• Participate in CPD, marketing initiatives, charity and networking events, webinars, podcasts and legal clinics

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Senior Private Client Solicitor:

• Qualified solicitor with 5-10 years PQE experience of working in Private Client or equivalent
• IT literate and proficient in the use of case management systems, MS Word, Outlook and Excel
• The ability to demonstrate a courteous, helpful and pleasant manner both in person and on the phone
• Excellent file management skills with good time management skills
