Senior Probate Lawyer - non-fee earning!

Our client is looking for an established probate professional to join their technical team. You won't be working with strict fee-earning targets, and you'll be able to enjoy a work-life balance. As the technical lead, you will be:

- Owning a small, but complex caseload of around 10 cases

- Coaching, mentoring and developing our case managers

- Supporting the team with technical referrals and questions

- Delivering training and guidance

- Managing complete legal and tax referrals and providing guidance to our teams on these decisions

Qualifications are desirable but not essential, they are looking for individuals with a solid probate administration or technical background. But you may have some of the following experience:

- Extensive probate administration

- Managing escalations and technical questions

- Maintaining CPD for relevant legislation changes

- Developing and guiding team members
