Kings Court Trust are looking for an established probate professional to join our technical team. You won't be working with strict fee-earning targets, and you'll be able to enjoy a work-life balance. As our technical lead, you will be:

• Owning a small, but complex caseload of around 10 cases
• Coaching, mentoring and developing our case managers
• Supporting the team with technical referrals and questions
• Delivering training and guidance
• Managing complete legal and tax referrals and providing guidance to our teams on these decisions

Qualifications are desirable but not essential, we are looking for individuals with a solid probate administration or technical background. But you may have some of the following experience:

• Extensive probate administration
• Managing escalations and technical questions
• Maintaining CPD for relevant legislation changes
• Developing and guiding team members
