This company are part of a global powerhouse who manufacture a range of products globally. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Process Development Manager to help drive future growth in the business.
In this role you will lead projects involving the building of consistent Process Development processes, introduce new equipment and processes to the plant, while supporting the wider R&D division. You will also lead a team that is currently consisting of 3 engineers.
The role would suit someone who has experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing, FMCG, Food or pharmaceutical business, such as Engineering Manager, Process Manager, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or similar.
The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours - flexible start and finish time
*Working in Crediton office as well as options to work from home
*Leading a small Process Development team
*Running projects involved in enhancing processes and upgrading equipment and procedures for manufacturing plant
The Person:
*Leadership/ management experience
*Experience in the manufacturing/ FMCG or similar sectors
*Some knowledge of Process Development
