Salary Artis Procurement, Purchasing & Supply Chain is pleased to be supporting this major brand as they look to expand their procurement team with a Senior Procurement Business Partner. You will be the strategic hard facilities management lead for the procurement of the goods and services, and any construction and fit out activities for Regional Centres and all other buildings required under the programme, meeting the defined specification and standards whilst ensuring compliant procurement and achieving value for money. Setting and delivering a Procurement Strategy including Supplier Relationship Management, ensuring the right goods and services are provided for each Regional Centre at the optimum price.
Senior Procurement Business Partner Role:
* Develop, workshop, agree and implement the Procurement Strategy.
* Delivery of a structured industry standard SRM programme with key suppliers to maximise engagement, support, performance and value.
* Leadership and management of all estate's procurement, commercial and contract management activity.
* Leading the delivery and evaluation of Procurement Events for Showcases and Regional Centres.
* Working with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of a commercial procurement service.
* Understanding commercial partnering and playing a leading role in it where appropriate.
* Support development of prequalification and RFP documents, evaluating all bids and partnership opportunities and the subsequent award of contracts.
* Create tools for key vendor performance measurement and provide regular reports
Senior Procurement Business Partner Experience:
* Procurement professional with proven track record in construction/consultancy and fitting out
* Category experience in maintenance services, engineering services, air conditioning, fire safety & ventilation is highly advantageous.
* Possesses excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of the construction and fit out supplier market place.
* Provide cost forecasting advice for generating budgets.
* Creates strategic plans, organising and scheduling events and delivering to plan.
* Track record of identifying opportunities and delivering added value through procurement.
* Creates an environment of effective team working and collaboration within a matrix environment.
* An expert in the procurement of hard facilities management and general building.
* Due to the location of internal and external stakeholders, the ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with considerable travel to London.
