Senior Product Manager – Blockchain/Crypto
UK Remote

Our well-backed and rapidly growing independent client is an expert in MEV and Blockchains, and is leading the way in the ever-changing world of Crypto. To build upon their solid framework for creating and managing accounts on credible commitment machines, they have an exciting opening for an experienced Product Manager to develop a non-custodial account model and drive integrations with the broader ecosystem. This high-ownership role requires blockchain expertise and experience managing complex software products in a startup environment.
Senior Product Manager duties:
- Conduct research for product features and ecosystem integrations
- Develop actionable product requirements based on market research and feedback
- Collaborate with designers to create intuitive user experiences
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure smooth product development
- Ensure all software meets high standards of quality and functionality
- Use iterative development to refine products based on feedback
- Communicate product updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage scope and make trade-offs in a dynamic startup environment
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards
Senior Product Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience in Blockchain/Crypto
- Proven track record in managing complex software products in a startup
- Effective communication skills with engineering, design, and leadership teams
- Strong understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem
- Knowledge of user experience design
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Self-driven problem solver able to navigate ambiguity
- In-depth knowledge of the crypto ecosystem
- Experience with crypto wallets, bridging technologies, and Layer 2 solutions
- Familiarity with cross-chain interactions and account abstraction standards
Senior Product Manager rewards:
