We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Digital PaymentsSenior Product Manager.
The key focus for the role is to lead the delivery of our digital proposition for card acceptance solutions.
In this role, you will:
• Be responsible for the delivery of HSBC UK’s digital acceptance and digital merchant services products and for the in-life product management of these products
• Ensure the customer journey designs and innovative card solutions are delivered as per requirements.
• Lead the relationship and work streams with any third parties involved in the delivery of our card acceptance proposition.
• Ensure that the end-to-end solution is delivered in agreed timelines
• Ensure that all third party, IT and security governance requirements as well as product governance are met in agreed timelines.
• Lead, design and deliver on the internal and external marketing and communication plan for these two deliverables.
• Lead the relationship with IT and Channels to ensure delivery of the card acceptance solution.
