WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)
We are recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to lead the identification and development of new products and services across the Bank. You will have a key role in driving product innovation with the overarching objective is to ensure clients receive fantastic outcomes from Weatherbys Bank.
Ideally you will be based in our Wellingborough head office, with occasional travel to London.

We are looking to offer a salary in the region of £75,000 per annum DOE. Ideally this role will be full time, with 3 days per week in the office. However, if your circumstances require more flexible working please let us know.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Developing and executing the Banks strategy to provide innovative client centric products and services.
- Creating and then agreeing an innovative product development roadmap which allows the Bank to enhance products and services.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of life (product planning, development, launch and optimisation).
- Delivering exceptional client experiences by understanding client pain points and preferences and incorporating them into product design and features.
- Ensure that products and services are well governed and that mandatory items, such as the annual Consumer Duty Board report are produced in good time and are ratified as required.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5 years’ experience in a product leadership role in financial services or similar field.
- Track record of enhancing and innovating products and services.
- Knowledge and use of data visualisation tools.
- Line management experience would be helpful, but is not essential.
