Senior Production Analyst

• Salary of up to £48,000 DOE

As our new Senior Production Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying trends and customer outcomes. You will be accountable for ensuring all operational reporting and processes are aligned to business goals. Your responsibilities will include processing documentation, aligning the strategy execution, designing, and presenting business cases to Senior Stakeholders.  In addition to this, you will be supporting, tracking and executing business initiatives in line with current legislation, working practices and internal documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to generate, identify and drive system improvements that provide enhanced customer journeys and stronger commercial outcomes.
• Creation of business initiatives to optimise the operational performance. Partnering with Dialler Team Leader and Resource Planning Team Leader to drive improvements in outbound performance.
• Develop robust cross departmental meeting rhythm across front line and support areas to ensure that operational challenges and opportunities are socialised, and that solutions and new initiatives are communicated with stakeholders and agreed.
• Communicate effectively and concisely with Senior Management to conclude findings from data, being able to tell a story.
• Lead operational initiative tracking to effectively summarise changes both tactical and strategic across both External and Internal Operations channels.
• Mentor and aide the development of key individuals in the Operations Strategy department to create pathways for further development.
• Develop business cases and OKR proposals backed up by empirical data and strong business objectives.
• Support and drive adhoc projects

We are looking for someone with:

• Collections Strategy/ Financial recovery desirable. Specifically, Conversion Rates, Liquidation Rates and Payer Break in required.
• Proven track record in a contact centre environment
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Operational Forecasting & Resource Planning.
• Proven track record in demonstrating the ability to influence colleagues at all levels of the business.
• Holds a high level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
• SQL knowledge
