We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to lead our Strategic Change work within our award-winning Corporate Partnerships team. This is a unique role and team, offering a fantastic opportunity in your career to drive significant change and impact for Alzheimer’s Society and industries within the private sector, driven by the needs of people affected by dementia.
The purpose of your team is to engage with industries, sector bodies, corporate partners, and internal teams at the Society to embed impactful change strategies within our work within various sectors. Through building sector-knowledge and insight, you will work closely with the wider Corporate Partnerships team to embed these strategies into our partnerships, ensuring income and impact opportunities are maximised. Your skills in building networks and strong relationships at all levels will support you to gain the insight required to drive change across the dementia landscape.

About you
- Highly proactive, ambitious and self-motivated, driven to deliver impact and change within industry to benefit people affected by dementia. Y
- our experience could be in Corporate Partnerships, wider business development, or a related field – as long as you can demonstrate the key experience and skills required, and have a solid understanding of partnership-working and wider ESG agendas.
- You'll be a tenacious individual, with good vision, and experience developing networks internally and externally to build insight that will drive your work.
- Ability to think outside the box to help support the development of your team’s strategy, to evolve as the needs of people living with dementia evolve.
- Proven experience in developing strategic approaches to your work, developing impactful measures for success, and influencing change either internally or externally.
- Be a strategic thinker, confidently realising the vision of complex, strategic, and commercial partnerships.
Person Specification
- Excellent and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent IT skills and extensive experience/knowledge on using Microsoft packages.
- Work collaboratively and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Advocate for Alzheimer’s Society, demonstrating passion and resilience to make a difference.
- Be a self-starter, team player and incredibly motivated.
