Senior Project Architect, Cambridge

Saunders Boston Architects are a largearchitectural practice based in Cambridge with a satellite design studio in Exeter. Both studios work collaboratively as a single team to share resource, knowledge and skills to support our core sectors of Education, Leisure and Living.

We are looking for a Senior Architect with significant experience who ideally exhibit the following skills:

• Experience working in the UK construction sector
• Proven experience leading and delivering projects
• Experience leading project teams and resource requirements
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
• A passion for sustainable design, the quality of the environment and client satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
• Ability to administer professional services and construction contracts
• Proven Revit capability
• Experience of managing fee proposals and delivering successful bids
