We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to assist the project team in coordinating and overseeing activities and implementing project controls. This role involves collaboratively developing project plans, managing tracking spreadsheets, reviewing the risk register, scheduling meetings, and necessitates a solid foundation in basic project management coupled with strong project control skills.
Key accountabilities:
- Coordinate and chase project related deliverables.
- Document organisation and management.
- Organisation of diaries to ensure delivery targets are achieved
- Meeting participation and management.
- Facilitate project communications and maintain project system updates.
- Prepare presentations and supporting with administration.
Key requirements:
- Basic PM and strong project control skills
- Stakeholder management experience/skills
- Document control experience
- Project control experience
